The Special Assistant to Cross River State Governor, Senator Ben Ayade on Intelligence and Networking, Mr. Cletus Ugbizi, Friday caused temporary pandemonium at a global event in Calabar, the Cross River State capital over his dress code and lateness.
The event, organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports Development to mark the International Youth Day had been on for a while when Mr. Ugbizi stepped in while an international partner was delivering a lecture with the aid of projector in a Combat short, Polo shirt, customized flip flops and a Snapback hat much to the surprise of everyone.

Mr. Ugbizi who did not seemed to have cared whether his entrance may have caused a stir proceeded to the high table and shook hands with the Youth and Sports Development Commissioner, Asu Okang before dragging a chair to sit at the high table and fiddle with his phone all through the event.
His entrance had caused a slight delay in the presentation with participants wondering who exactly had stepped into the hall.
