Calabar Hospitality House Limited for the 2nd time joins other organizations in over 40 countries in the world in celebrating the International Customer Service Week.

Customer Service Week is an international celebration of the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis. It provides a unique opportunity for service and support professionals around the globe to join a celebration of the important role that customer service plays in every organization.

We hope to help organizations achieve the following goals during this event:

This year’s theme is SERVICE CHAMPIONS and we have planned a series of activities to mark the week which includes: a mini fair, seminars, talk shows, an award night that crowns best customer service organizations in different categories etc.

The event is scheduled for the 3rd to 7th of October 2016
